If you have never cooked turkey before, start off with a bone in skin on chicken breast. Season with Shan Style original blend or with my popular rub. On all sides, & underneath the skin. Place  lemon slices under the skin & bake uncovered in a 375 degree oven for 45 to 60 minutes.
