Shan Style Tips: Left over Shrimp Shells

After peeling the shell & tails off your shrimp don’t toss them away. Place in an 6 quart freezer bag & freeze. Place the shells with Shan Style Seasonings in a pot. Add enough water just to cover, & boil till the shells turn pink. Strain the liquid from the shells. Presto you got a seafood stock!
