Who can resest fresh sweet corn from the Cobb. When you see it on sale at 4 for a buck buy it up! Instead of cut in half for boiling or grilling which is always a winner. Cut it off the cobb & store in freezer bags for future soups, stews, cornbread or, an amazing creole side dish called Masque Choux.
