Seafood linguine w/smoked sausage in a spicy garlic tomato pesto sauce. Garlic jalapeño cheese sourdough toast.

1lb Shrimp peeled & deveined 21/30 count

1 cup smoked beef sausage cut in half or diced

1 package precooked frozen clams

1 med onion sliced

10 cloves garlic

1 jalapeño you can leave seeds in pending your spice level

3tbs butter

3tbs tomato paste

1/4 cup white wine

1/4 cup fresh Italian parsley chopped fine

Shan Style Seasoning blend & Italian seasonings

1 lemon juiced

1/3 package linguine noodles cooked

Place shrimp in a bowl with Italian seasoning set aside. In a food processor chop fine garlic & jalapeño (reserve a lil for your garlic toast). Large pan place butter on med to high heat, add sausage & onions, season with Shan Style sauté for 7min. Toss in shrimp, wine, tomato paste. After a minute once paste is incorporated Add packaged clams. Stir to combine gently, cover & simmer for 15min. Add your noodles, squeeze of lemon & parsley to finish.

Use reserved garlic & jalapeño for your buttered bread slices & top off with your fav cheese. Bake in oven till golden brown.
